According toTMZ, Noah is blaming the brand for inflaming his ongoing plantar fasciitis foot injury that caused him to miss games last season, as well as claiming they didn’t pay up more than $1.65 million of his 6-year $6 million deal. In the suit, the former Florida Gator says that shortly after he signed, LCS shut down its U.S. offices and fired his rep, and also suddenly stopped paying him in 2013.
